The Retained Desk skills pack

Recruitment AI platforms connect your sourcing, contact data, email and CRM so an AI can run them from one sentence. They are built for volume. A retained desk needs three things done properly instead: a proper brief, every approach researched, and nothing sent without you reading it. This pack is that, as three skills you install in your own Claude.

Setup interviews you once and writes your firm profile: fee model, sectors and their vocabulary, your voice (learned from two or three messages you have sent), and the clients you will not approach. The search brief turns kickoff notes into a full brief, with facts only from your notes, market suggestions labelled, and your off-limits list applied but never printed. Outreach researches one person, works out where the relationship stands, and drafts two or three messages in your voice.

Everything runs in your own Claude, on your own accounts. Nothing is sent anywhere by us, and the skills never send anything themselves: they draft, you send. You need a Claude plan that includes Skills and Projects, and before you paste in CVs it is worth checking your Claude privacy settings.
